Terms & Conditions

• Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Love & Grace Photography (“the Photographer") and the Client. By booking the Photographer, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Definitions
• Client: The person or entity booking the Photographer's services.
• Photographer: Love & Grace Photography and its representatives.
• Services: Photography services provided by the Photographer.

• Booking and Payments
• Retainer: A retainer (specified on package) is required to secure the booking. (Please note that if you buy a voucher, the full payment is required in order to receive the voucher.)
• Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due right after the session.
• Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via Revolut or bank transfer

• Cancellations and Refunds
• Client Cancellations: If the Client cancels the booking, no refunds will be given of the retainer. Rescheduling will always be available.
• Photographer Cancellations: If the Photographer cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund. The Photographer will also make reasonable efforts to find a replacement photographer if necessary.

• Session Time:
• If the Client is not on time for the session, Love & Grace Photography is not liable for it and only the remaining time will be used for the session. This can also impact the amount of photos that will be received as the full amount of time was not utilised.
• Love & Grace Photography has a 10 min grace period for unforeseen circumstances. When this 10min grace period has passed and the session is continuing longer for than which is booked and paid for, an additional charge of €10 per 5 minutes will be applicable.

• Rescheduling
• Client Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule the event/session. 
• Photographer Rescheduling: If the Photographer needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, they will inform the Client as soon as possible and make arrangements for a new date at no additional cost.

• Photographic Materials
• Delivery of Photos: Digital images will be delivered within 1 month after the event/session via an online gallery (for example, if your session is the 16th of June, you will receive your photographs the 16th of July.)
• Image Editing: Basic editing (colour enhancement, etc.) are included. Please note that we do not do photoshop to take out certain things in the photo (for example a radiator against the wall or plugs), nor can we change the body type of a person. We also do not offer retouching services.

• Liability
• The Photographer will take all reasonable steps to provide high-quality services. However, the Photographer's liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client.
• The Photographer is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of digital images or any consequential losses.

• Force Majeure
• Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

• Studio Cleanliness Policy – No Shoes on Carpeted Areas
• To maintain a clean and professional environment for all clients, no shoes are permitted on the carpeted areas of the studio. This policy helps preserve the condition of our studio space and ensures a hygienic setting for photo sessions, especially those involving infants, children, or floor-based photography.
• Clients, models, and guests will be asked to remove their shoes before entering any carpeted sections. We recommend bringing clean socks or indoor-only footwear if needed. Compliance with this rule is mandatory and part of our studio’s hygiene and care standards.

• Safety and Liability Disclaimer
• While we take all reasonable precautions to maintain a safe and hazard-free studio environment, Love & Grace Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while on the premises. Clients and guests enter and use the studio at their own risk. Please supervise children at all times, and be mindful of lighting equipment, cables, and props.

• Severability
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• Agreement
• By booking the Photographer, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
